Personal data shall be processed for the purpose of the booking process, explaining the circumstances of possible infringement of Terms and Conditions or applicable laws and regulations, and handling possible guests complaints.
In accordance with the art. 13 and provisions 1 and 2 Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council (UE) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), we inform that:

Piłsudskiego 38 Street, 34-520 Poronin, TIN: 736-168-98-19, National Business Registry Number: 385768300.
→ The processing entity of personal data is an online booking system Hotres.pl which belongs to the company LEMONPIXEL.pl Roman Korczyński with its registered office in Jelenia Góra 58-570, ul. Młyńska 12A Street hereinafter called Hotres.pl
Personal data
• For the purpose of booking process / issuing the sales document, a guest’s personal data is collected. Providing personal data is voluntary, however necessary to carry out the booking process.
•Guest has the right to access his/her personal data, the right to correct it, deleting the data, as well as the right to restrict its processing.
• Voluntary Guest’s agreement to process data for marketing purposes requires ticking the relevant check box field in the booking process. The consent may be withdrawn by sending an appropriate e-mail message to: rezerwacje@nocowanietatry.pl
• The specific objectives and the scope of processing personal data in the system Hotres are set out in Annex.
ADMINISTRATOR’S LIABILITIES
• The administrator shall ensure that the Guest’s personal data will not be passed to third parties and, in this respect, necessary measures shall be taken and will ensure use of knowledge and experience for the purpose of subject ensuring.
• The administrator retains the right to share personal data to the entities authorised (Sub-processors) and where the provisions of Community law so provide. In particular these are entities such as: online payments systems and software on the front desk workstations.
• The administrator is obliged to professional secrecy and confidentiality of information gathered for the purpose of the booking process. The commitment made remains in force for an indefinite period.
The Commitments of Hotres.pl
•Hotres.pl as an entity processing the Guest’s personal data provides implementing appropriate technical and organisational measures, and additional IT security systems, based on the checked servers and systems used for personal data processing in the services by electronical channel.
• Hotres.pl declares that IT systems used for personal data processing meet the requirements of applicable laws and regulations, in particular they are highly protected within the Regulation of Ministry of Interior Acts and Administration of 29 April 2004 on the personal data documentation processing and technical and organizational conditions, available to the relevant devices and information systems used for the processing systems.
• Sub-contractors and workers of Hotres.pl having been duly authorized for processing personal data in connection with the realisation of booking process, of what the Administrator and Guest give consent.
• In order to ensure the utmost safety in storing personal data consistent with GDPR requirements, Hotres.pl is obliged to:
encryption and anonymization of transmission of personal data, permanent ensuring confidentiality, integrity, accessibility and resilience of systems, ability to restore the accessibility of personal data and access to it in the event of physical or technical incident,
regular testing, measuring and assessing the efficiency of technical and organizational measures designed to ensure the security of data processing.
Final Provisions
The administrator shall be entitled to modify the Final Provisions at any time and depending on their own decision. In particular, one is entitled to modify the provisions of the Terms and Conditions in the event of: necessity to adapt the Terms and Conditions to the mandatory law regulations having an impact on the content of Terms and Conditions; necessity to adapt the Terms and Conditions to the recommendation, interpretation, statement or the decision of public authority or court order, affecting the content of Terms and Conditions; extension or change in functionality of Hotres.pl

Terms and Conditions
• Booking can be made by phone or e-mail.
• Booking is considered as confirmed after the payment of the deposit for the stay to the bank account, to be found on the website nocowanietatry.pl
• Not paying the deposit within an agreed time frame cancels the preliminary reservation.
• The deposit for the reservation is non-refundable.
• After the arrival the identity card is required to check in (personal data is protected in accordance with Policy Privacy and GDPR).
• Payment for the declared period of stay is regulated at one time on arrival and is non-refundable in case of earlier departure.
• Tourist Tax is a payment for individuals staying for tourism, leisure purposes and is set by Commune Office, collected in advance for all the stay in the amount of 2,- PLN per day. The charge applies to adults.
• Check-in begins at 03:00 pm and lasts until 11:00 am the following day.
• The guesthouse includes the guest wishes to extend their stay or earlier arrival hour within free rooms available.
• The room may not be inhabited by more number of people than reported in the Booking.
• Night’s rest lasts from 10.00 pm to 6.00 am.
• Due to fire safety requirements and general safety, you are not allowed to use additional devices not forming a standard in rooms equipment. This does not apply to chargers and power supplies of: electronics and computer.
• Guest bares full financial liability in the event of any kind of damage during the stay. i.e. damage to items, facilities and technical devices of the guesthouse. Repair costs will be adequate to the estimated price calculation.
• The guesthouse customer by bringing along a dog or other pet is obliged to maintain all safety measures so that the animal does not threaten other holidaymakers. In particular the animal should be on a lead. Full responsibility for damage caused by the animal is limited to its owner. The charge for the dog stay in the guesthouse per whole stay is 30,- PLN. • The stay of all animals should be agreed with the administrator of the facility.
• Every time during stay a Guest should check if they locked doors or windows.
• We shall not be liable for private material belongings, left in the accommodation rooms.
• Personal belongings left by the guest in the accommodation rooms after departure will be returned at the expense of the guest to the address indicated by him/her.
• There is AN ABSOLUTE BAN ON SMOKING in all hotel rooms, except for the designated areas.
• Entry to the guesthouse is not allowed in skiing boots.
• The behaviour of guests and people using services should not interfere with the calm stay of other guests. The owners can refuse the further provision of services to people who violate the principle.
• Parking space next to the property is unguarded, free. Hosts of the object shall have no liability for damages, car or other vehicle theft.
• After the expiry of the period of staying, the received keys must be returned. Host of the object is entitled to check the condition of room and may charge the Guest a financial fee for possible damages or losing a key with entrance chip.
• After paying a deposit, each guest should read the Terms and Conditions of the property.
• Ignorance of the Terms and Conditions does not justify.
• Terms and Conditions have been concluded aimed at the all people staying in the property utmost comfort, namely Guests having a rest as well as hosts of the property.
• When matters of argument arise, amicable settlement is favoured.
